Andrea Kurtz,

BCBA, LBA

Andrea is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Purdue University, she started in the field of ABA in 2014, working 1:1 with clients in a clinical setting. Andrea fell in love with ABA and decided to pursue a career in the field. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota in August 2020 and became a BCBA in November 2020. Andrea also holds a Level 5 credential in Practical Functional Analysis (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) for severe problem behavior through FTF Behavioral Consulting. 

Andrea is passionate about providing assent-based and trauma-informed care to individuals, collaborating across disciplines, and coordinating with families and other professionals. Andrea has worked in clinic, school, and residential facility settings with individuals aged 2-21. 

In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading, growing houseplants, spending time with her husband, hiking, and playing games.
