Grace Heckert

BCBA

Grace Heckert is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong commitment to supporting children with autism and their families. Originally from Decatur, IN Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.

Grace has been working in the field of ABA since 2018. Throughout her career, she has served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and now as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her progression through these roles has provided her with comprehensive clinical experience and a well-rounded perspective in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services.

She is deeply passionate about supporting children with autism and partnering with families to help them navigate their child’s unique strengths and needs. Grace is committed to developing individualized, compassionate, and effective treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and long-term success.

Outside of her professional work, Grace enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Austin, and their two children, Oliver and Evie. As a family, they value time spent outdoors and enjoy making memories with their two dogs.

Grace considers it a privilege to serve families and remains dedicated to helping each child reach their fullest potential.
