Hannah Stanley

BCBA, Clinical Director Delaware County

When Hannah Stanley first began college, her goal was to become a pediatric oncologist. She always knew she wanted to work with children but wasn’t sure in what capacity. After someone close to her was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Hannah saw firsthand the challenges that families face in accessing the right supports and services. This experience inspired her to explore the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — a path that would soon become her true passion.

Hannah began working in an ABA clinic in 2018, and from her very first day, she knew she had found her calling. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2020 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in October 2021. Since then, Hannah has continued to grow both personally and professionally, contributing to the success of SBBC and supporting countless students and families.

Now serving as the Clinical Director at SBBC, Hannah is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School. She is passionate about leadership, professional development, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for every client and family the organization serves. Hannah takes great pride in helping the company grow while continuing to grow herself as a clinician, leader, and lifelong learner.

When she’s not working, Hannah enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Aaron, and their children. “Family time is the best time!” she says. In her free time, she loves going to the beach and shopping.
