Latasha Hollingsworth is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at our Gas City location since July 2025 and has transitioned into the role of Assistant Director of Healthcare Operations with a strong commitment to compassionate client-centered care. 

In 2011, Latasha earned her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting working in an acute rehab unit, an outpatient therapy department, as well as working as a school COTA. While working as a COTA, Latasha found a great interest in overseeing students, working closely in a collaborative team setting, and discovered a passion for the administrative side of healthcare. Latasha expanded her career as a clinical manager and later a rehabilitation director. 

While working in management, Latasha enhanced her knowledge by earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration. This allows her to combine clinical expertise with operational leadership to drive teamwork, quality, process improvement planning, and excellence in patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Latasha enjoys spending time with her husband Drew, their four children, and their dog Willow. She loves coaching, traveling, family get-togethers, and cheering her kids from the sidelines of their sporting events.
