Liline Nelson

apprentice

My name is Liline Nelson, and I began working in the field of behavior in 2016 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in group homes supporting individuals with Autism and other behavioral needs. I later took a break from the field after learning that my daughter had autism, which inspired me to return to school and earn my Associate degree in Special Education.

In 2019, I moved to Muncie, Indiana, and in 2022, I began working as a Behavior Technician. That same year, I earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and went back to school to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I worked in a clinic setting for a year as an RBT before becoming a Program Coordinator in 2023.

In January 2024, I transitioned out of the clinic setting and began providing services in both school and home environments. I recently completed my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and am in the process of finishing my supervision hours.

I am excited to be part of the team and look forward to connecting with my colleagues as well as the clients and families we serve.
