Madi Pearson

Pre-K Behavior Coach

Madi Pearson is a School-Readiness Program Director at School-Based Behavior Consultation. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, both from Ball State University.

Madi wanted to know more about the field of ABA, so she completed her internship at an autism clinic in Muncie, IN. She was hired on after completing her internship in 2016 and worked there until 2021. She joined the SBBC team in December of 2021. As a school-readiness program director, Madi plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children. In the classroom setting, Madi focuses on school-readiness skills such as turn-taking, following directions, expressing feelings and emotions, and much more!

What she loves most about her job is watching the children that she works with learn new skills that will help them succeed in the years to come.

When Madi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and pets. She also loves anything related to the outdoors like kayaking, hiking, bonfires, and concerts.
