Molly Budd

Operations Manager

Molly entered the field of ABA in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Since then Molly has worked in numerous roles, including Office Manager, Scheduler, Executive Assistant, and Clinical Services Coordinator at another ABA-focused facility.

Recently, Molly joined SBBC as our new Howard County Operations Manager. She was drawn to SBBC because of their positive team atmosphere and dedication to their families. In this position, Molly hopes to use her past experience and gain further knowledge to support our clients' families and the SBBC team. 

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and six children, reading, and attending her son's baseball games.
