Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Rowdy Dawson, and I am the Lead Trainer at the Gas City location. I have over 10 years of experience in the ABA field, having worked as an RBT, Group Leader, and Trainer. I also coach, referee, and umpire youth basketball and baseball, which I believe has helped shape my abilities in the ABA field when working with children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, watching my kids play sports, and hanging out with my two dogs. If there’s any time left after that, you can typically find me on a golf course or watching professional sports.

One thing I particularly enjoy about ABA is that even as I teach children, I am also constantly learning. It has taught me to slow down and be more patient, to listen and be more kind, and to see the world from perspectives other than my own.
