Shannon Watson began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017 and quickly discovered a passion for helping children develop meaningful skills that support independence and confidence. Through years of hands-on experience working directly with clients and families, she developed a deep appreciation for the impact that compassionate, evidence-based support can have on a child’s growth. In 2026, Shannon took the next step in her professional journey by returning to school to further her education and expand her career in ABA.

Shannon is committed to continuing to learn and grow within the field while providing supportive and individualized care to the children and families she serves. She believes that patience, consistency, and collaboration are key to helping clients reach their fullest potential.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her four children and her wonderful fiancé. Much of their time is spent cheering the kids on at sports and activities, but when they get the chance to slow down, Shannon and her family enjoy camping and working together in their garden.
