Skylar Fleischman

Apprentice

Skylar Fleischman is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Apprentice with SBBC. She graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in December 2023 and is currently pursuing her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with graduation expected in July 2025. After completing her degree, she plans to take the BCBA exam with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Her journey in the field of ABA began in 2020 as a respite care provider. In November 2022, she became a certified RBT, and it was then she discovered her true calling. Her passion for the field is deeply personal, inspired by her family members with autism. She is dedicated to making individuals feel valued, loved, and supported. She has a strong passion for working with children, advocating for mental health, and promoting neurodiversity awareness. She firmly believes that all children are capable of extraordinary things and deserve fulfilling, meaningful lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and exploring new adventures.
