Skylar Fleischman

BCBA

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis in December 2023 and earned my Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a Certificate in Autism from Ball State University in July 2025. I have been in the ABA field since 2020, starting as a respite care provider, becoming a certified RBT in 2022, and achieving BCBA certification in 2026. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children and families.

My passion for ABA is deeply personal, inspired by family members with Autism. I am committed to helping individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered. I strongly believe in advocating for mental health and promoting neurodiversity awareness, and I believe every child is capable of extraordinary growth and deserving of a meaningful, fulfilling life.
